Shipping Policies:

All orders ship the same day or next business day. We offer free shipping anywhere in the USA and CANADA via US Postal Service's US Ground. Packages usually arrive within 4-8 days of the time they are shipped. However, there are times when circumstances cause shipping to take longer. 5FingerMagic.com has no control over how long shipping takes once the package leaves our hands.

We offer Priority Shipping for $3.85 (Buyer's Expense). According to the US Postal Service, it takes 2-3 days for a Priority Package to reach its destination.

For International Customers, we offer a flat rate of $9.95 (Buyer's Expense) and we will ship anywhere in the world. With International orders, shipping time depends on the destination. Please check USPS.com for estimated time.

If you choose Priority Shipping or International Shipping and the shipping price is more than our quoted price, 5FingerMagic.com will pay the difference. Therefore, no matter how much it costs to ship your Priority package, the Buyers expense will always be $3.85... and not a penny more.

Return Policies:

Due to the nature of magic products, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If there is a manufacturing defect at the time the product arrives, we will be happy to replace that item for you. When you purchase an Instant Download, you are purchasing a password to learn a secret. All password purchases are final.

Credit Card Protection:

We take the security of our customers very seriously, which is why we use a secure processing server. We do not store your credit card information on our server. We use a third party verification company (Paymentech) to verify and process all Credit Card Transactions. If your card has been used without your approval on our site, please contact us immediately so we can report the fraudulent activity.

We will not ship any itmes if the Name, Address, Zip Code, and 3 Digit code (on the back of the card) do not match the cardholder's information.

Safety:

Some of the products that we carry can be dangerous if not used properly. Please read all warnings and do not misuse these products. By making a purchase, you agree to use the product in the manner in which it was intended for. 5FingerMagic.com is not responsible for misuse of products that we sell.

E-Mail:

When you purchase an "Instant Download," we e-mail your Username and Password to you. If the security settings on your e-mail account are set too high, your server may block our e-mail. We have no way of knowing what your settings are, so please contact us right away if you don't receive your confirmation e-mail.

The "Instant Download" system is automated, so the confirmation e-mails are sent 100% of the time. If the e-mail is blocked for any reason, we will re-send it to you as soon as you contact us to let us know. We will not refund your money because your password has already been sent.
